How long is a period?
30daysStarts when your plan is delivered and usable, with the GB allowance you selected.
Does unused traffic roll over?
No rolloverUnused traffic does not carry into the next period. A renewed period gets the allowance of the selected plan.
Are there automatic top-ups?
No auto top-upConnections stop at the allowance limit. Extra traffic is not automatically purchased.
Renewal methods and mid-period upgrade arrangements will be published before ordering opens.

A few things to know.
Do annual discounts apply to rotating residential plans?+
Term discounts apply to per-IP datacenter and residential plans. Rotating residential plans are priced by the allowance selected for each period, without quarterly or annual discounts.
Do previous purchases count towards volume discounts?+
Pricing follows the plan selected for the current period. Two consecutive 10 GB plans are each billed at the 10 GB plan price.
Need 500 GB or more, or a bulk IP order?+
Quotes can be based on your countries, IP count or traffic allowance and term. Business enquiries will open with the service.
